Our client is a manufacturer of professional dental hygiene products with over 20 year’s history in producing high quality products for dental industry worldwide. Asia Sales Manager – Dental Hygiene/ Medical Equipment Salary + Commission Responsibilities: • Manage distributors and key accounts for Southeast Asia customers. • Build progressive account plans for growth, understanding customers’ strategies. • Ensure strong, deep relationships with existing and prospective customers. • Respond in a professional and timely manner to all inquiries and escalating and issues to your manager when appropriate. • Approve prices for all accounts. • Develop and implement the business development plan for new accounts within Asia. • Develop and track account plans to achieve annual sales and gross margin targets agreed with manager. • Agree development plans and application support with the team. • Identify growth opportunities and new business in Asia. • Map key medical trends and overlay available supply to identify gaps. Qualifications: • Educated to degree level or equivalent in medical/pharmaceutical related discipline is desirable. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Commercial acumen with strong interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently but maximising communication both internally and externally to create growth and momentum • Ability to travel within SE Asia • Minimum 7 years’ experience in sales from medical or pharmaceutical industries – dental and/or clinical healthcare industry – are highly desirable • Excellent command of the English language. • Knowledge of ASEAN markets is desirable, such as Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand.
